May 23, 2012 Day 2
Ate 740 calories today YAY !! :) I’m so proud of myself !!!! Yesterday I ate 860 . And today 740 !! Ahahahaa ! YESSS ! I did work-out today .. for like 45- 1 hour .. Of a work-out . I did ab work outs and but work-outs today in dance ! So I did work-out today . It was on the Nike thingy or something .. I did not calculate how many steps I took or how many calories I lost through-out my day .. Because my day is not yet over so yeah .. I will update it soon or tomorrow ! (:
UPDATED - So today I drank some milk, not too much though I would say less than half of a glass. But I drank tons of water ! (: No juice or anything .. And today I took 9,631 steps ! (: From 7:50 am - 10:28 pm . Loosing 293 calories from it and it was 3.28 miles ! (: so far this week I walked 20,045 steps .. WOW ! (:

Diet Diary Day 1 (May 22, 2012)
I didn’t work out or anything, but I ate a small bag of spicy check mix which was 120 calories, I ate that throughout the day . And ate a bag of hot cheetoes which was 340 calories at my after school class .. And ate Mamy noodles when I got home .. Which was 400 calories.. So total calories was 860 calories . I didn’t meet my 600 !! But it was my first day .. And 860 calories is really good for me ! I didn’t drink any juice or milk, just water . YAY ! (: But I will keep trying until I loose all of my 20 pounds ! :)
*I walked 10,414 steps from 6:26 am-10:00 pm
I lost 338 calories and walked 4.42 miles ! YAY ! (: So proud for my first day .
